Choose a region first, then compare route types

For everyday browsing, start with a nearby region that the service you want to use allows. For region-specific content, check your account region and the platform’s rules before choosing the corresponding exit. A region label indicates the exit location; it doesn’t mean every site there accepts the same network setup. Account eligibility, billing region, and content rights can also affect access.

IEPL, relayed, and direct routes describe different network paths, not a ranking of connection performance. Your experience also depends on your local network, time of day, and destination server. To compare routes, keep the device, app, and destination the same. Check whether pages load fully, playback stays smooth, and longer tasks finish successfully.

Verify the connection in the app you actually use

Once the client shows a connection, check your browser’s exit IP with an “What is my IP” tool, then test the app you intend to use. Browser access doesn’t mean command-line tools, IDEs, or other apps are using the same proxy settings. If only one app fails, check its proxy configuration and error message first instead of repeatedly changing the entire setup.

The route status panel below is for choosing routes only; it doesn’t guarantee actual speeds or platform availability. Network conditions change, so rely on results from your current device. For help comparing route types, see the explanations on the nodes page. To check your exit, use the site’s IP lookup tool.

Testing the connection in the apps you use is more useful than relying on route names alone. The route information currently shown in the client takes precedence over examples on this page.

BEFORE CONNECTING

From peak hours
to everyday use

Choosing a service means looking beyond its list of regions. Consider connection performance, privacy policies, device support, and refund terms together to decide whether it suits your everyday needs.

Peak-hour reliabilityCompare real tasks, not just connection indicators

Peak-hour performance depends on your local connection, route, and destination service. VPNSay offers routes in different regions and types to compare in the same apps you use every day. Test with familiar content or tools, and check loading, continuous playback, and task completion. If one route performs poorly, switch routes while keeping other settings unchanged. If all routes are affected, check your local network first. Route types can help guide your choice, but they don’t guarantee speeds at any time of day.

No-logs policyPrivacy commitments and policy are easy to find

VPNSay’s service commitment is a no-logs policy. See the privacy policy for details on how data is handled. No email required: create an account with a username and password. When using international routes, keep in mind that destination websites have their own rules for sign-in, browsing, and data handling. A network service’s privacy policy doesn’t replace the terms of third-party platforms. Use a unique password for your account and keep subscription details secure. Don’t publicly share information that could be imported into a client.

Unlimited devicesConnect computers and mobile devices on their respective systems

Use unlimited devices at the same time. Supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux, so you can switch between a work computer and your personal devices. Device limits and data allowances are different: unlimited devices doesn’t mean unlimited data, so keep an eye on your plan’s remaining allowance. Sign in to the user panel to get the relevant client and subscription details, then check each device. For iOS, check subscription availability in the panel. Proxy settings vary by operating system; follow the relevant setup guide for each one.

Access to AI toolsCheck region, exit, and persistent connections

When accessing ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or other AI tools, a working network connection is only one requirement. You must also meet account eligibility and platform region rules. Choose a route in a region the platform allows, keep your sign-in and usage environment consistent, and check that streamed responses arrive in full. If the website works but an IDE extension doesn’t, check whether the extension or terminal is using the proxy settings. VPNSay provides international network access; it doesn’t grant platform authorization or guarantee that platform risk controls won’t apply. For troubleshooting, see the complete AI guide.

StreamingThe platform determines content availability by region

When watching Netflix, Disney+, and other services, the exit region, account region, subscription permissions, and content rights can all affect what’s available. After choosing a route for the relevant region, check the platform’s catalog and playback directly rather than relying on the IP location alone. Video quality also depends on your device, local network, and platform settings. VPNSay’s route coverage doesn’t guarantee ongoing access to every catalog, and examples on this page don’t imply platform authorization. If you see a region notice, check your account and the platform’s rules before troubleshooting the connection.

30-day refundsReview the terms, then test with your everyday use

VPNSay offers 30-day refunds. Check the refund policy for eligibility and instructions. Before choosing a plan, make sure you understand the difference between monthly plans and data packages. After connecting, check whether your usual devices, regions, and apps meet your needs. If something goes wrong, describe the issue in a support ticket through the user panel. Include the error message, but never share your password or subscription credentials. The refund policy doesn’t guarantee that a destination platform will work. Review the plan details, your experience, and the policy itself to make an informed decision.

Service details, backed by the published policies

Customer reviews don’t replace the terms. Privacy and refunds are part of choosing a subscription, so VPNSay keeps its commitments and policy links together for easy review before you get started. For issues with the service, contact support through the user panel. There’s no need to share account credentials on public pages.

Monthly plans and data packages

Monthly plans start at ¥9.9/month for 60GB, with data resetting monthly on your activation date. Choose a data allowance based on your usual usage, then consider whether you need a data package that never expires. Unlimited devices and the no-logs policy apply regardless of the monthly plan you choose.

Data packages: use until depleted; never expire

¥158/300GB · ¥358/1000GB · ¥658/3000GB. Data packages differ from monthly plans in their validity and reset rules, so don’t compare prices alone. If your usage is occasional, consider how often you connect. If you use the service regularly each month, compare monthly plans against your actual data use.

When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Check your current plan and the adjustment details in the panel before proceeding; an upgrade doesn’t start a new full billing period. Payment methods: Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. See the full plans page or user panel for plan details and next steps.

QUICK ANSWERS

Common questions before you get started

Get the basics on accounts, devices, data, and connection checks. The “Try for Free” option on this page is the starting point for a trial; see the panel for what’s currently available. Prices and billing details for paid plans are listed above.

Do I need an email address?

No email required. Create an account with a username and password. Keep your login details safe and don’t reuse passwords from other sites. In the panel, you can view plans, clients, and support options. If you need help, describe the issue you’re experiencing. Don’t include your password or full subscription details in screenshots or support tickets.

Can I use the service on a computer and mobile devices at the same time?

Use unlimited devices at the same time. Supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Device count and data allowance are separate, so keep track of your plan’s data on each device. Get the Windows, macOS, Android, and Linux clients after signing in; for iOS, check subscription availability in the panel. Set up your regular devices first, then follow the same steps for any others.

What’s the difference between a monthly plan and a data package?

Monthly plan data resets each month on your activation date. Data packages remain valid until used up and never expire. Choose based on how regularly you use the service and how much data you typically need per session. Everyday text browsing uses much less data than frequent video streaming, so device count alone won’t tell you which plan to pick. When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Check the panel details before making changes.

Will AI tools and streaming services always work once I’m connected?

Not necessarily. Destination platforms may also check account eligibility, usage region, network exit, and content permissions. Review the platform’s official rules first, then confirm that the app you’re using is routed through your selected connection. Browsers, desktop clients, and command-line tools may use different proxy settings, so check them individually. International routes provide a network path, but they don’t grant account authorization or change a platform’s content rights.

How can I pay, and what if the service isn’t right for me?

Pay with Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. 30-day refunds are available. Before paying, check the plan’s data allowance and billing terms. See the refund policy for eligibility and instructions. If you have connection issues, start by checking your configuration against the guides. Then submit a support ticket through the user panel with your device platform, selected route, and an error message that contains no sensitive information. This helps us investigate.
