Create an Account and Save Your Login Details
Choose a username and password, then open the panel.
Use the “Start Free” button below to open the VPNSay user panel’s account creation page. Enter a username and password in the form, and check your details before submitting. VPNSay doesn’t require an email address. Your username is also your login, so choose one you’ll recognize and use a password that’s different from those you use on other sites.
Once you’re done, make sure you’re on the account overview page, not still on the login form. If the username is unavailable, follow the prompt and try another one. If you already have an account, use your existing login details; there’s no need to create another account to import the client. Save your username and password in a password manager you trust rather than relying only on your browser’s current login session.
Creating an account and connecting to the network are separate steps. Access to the panel means your account is ready, but you still need to check your plan, get your subscription, and connect through a client. The button on this page opens the panel; it doesn’t promise free data or a free-use period. Check the plan details in the next step.
Choose a Plan and Confirm Your Order
Choose based on your data needs; you don’t need separate accounts for different devices.
After logging in, open the plans section of the panel and compare monthly plans with data packages. Monthly options include ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB. Data resets monthly on your activation date, not at the start of the calendar month. When confirming a plan, check the billing period and data allowance shown in the panel.
If you’d rather pay based on usage, consider a data package: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, or ¥658/3000GB. Data is available until used and never expires. Monthly plans and data packages suit different usage patterns, so don’t compare them by price alone. Consider how your needs differ for extended video streaming, file downloads, and occasional browsing.
Once you’ve chosen a plan, check its name, price, and billing method on the order confirmation page, then pay with Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT. After payment, return to the panel and check your order and plan status. Don’t assume activation is complete just because the payment page has closed. If the payment status hasn’t appeared yet, refresh the order status before creating another order.
VPNSay supports unlimited simultaneous devices, so you don’t need to choose a higher data tier just because you’re switching computers or adding a mobile device. If you upgrade mid-term, the price difference is converted into remaining days; check the details in the panel. The service offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. See the refund policy for how to apply and the terms. Once your plan is active, continue to the subscription step.
Get Your Subscription and Check Its Status
Copy the link from your account overview, then load the server list in your client.
Open the account overview in the user panel and check your plan status and remaining data, then find the subscription section. The subscription link lets your client retrieve server configurations; it isn’t a regular web address or your login password. Use the panel’s copy-subscription option to copy the complete link, then switch to the client you plan to use.
If the panel offers a direct import option for your client, install the client first, then return to the panel to start the import. Your browser may ask whether to open a local app. Check that it’s the client you just installed before continuing. If the app doesn’t open, copy the link and import it manually instead of repeatedly triggering the browser redirect.
For manual import, copy the entire link. Don’t remove its trailing parameters or use it as your account password. To make it easy to identify, give the configuration a short local name in the client, such as “VPNSay — Daily Server.” The name only helps you identify it; it doesn’t change your plan or server settings.
Treat your subscription link like an account credential. If you need to share a screenshot for support, hide the link. Don’t post the complete link in public forums or paste it into an online converter you don’t recognize. If the subscription section doesn’t show an available option, first check that your plan is active and has data remaining. If you still can’t tell what’s wrong, describe the message shown on the page in a support ticket through the panel and wait for it to be checked before proceeding.
Import the Client for Your Platform
Install first, import next, then check the server list. Read only the section for your device.
Open the client downloads section in the user panel and choose the VPNSay client for your device’s operating system. After signing in, you can get the Windows, macOS, Android, and Linux clients without purchasing a plan. Whether your subscription can connect still depends on your account’s plan status. The panel determines which iOS option is available based on your subscription status. Follow the installation and import instructions in the panel; don’t download software with the same name from random search results.
Windows: Import into the Desktop Client
Get the Windows desktop client from the panel, follow the installer prompts, and open it. If the panel offers options for different device architectures, check your system information and choose the matching file. In the client, find the “Subscription” or “Configuration” section, use an option such as “Import from link” to paste the subscription link you copied, save it, and wait for the configuration to load.
Return to the configuration list and select the VPNSay configuration you just added. If no servers appear after importing, check the client’s message and try updating the subscription. Don’t assume an empty list is ready to connect. Once the servers appear, enable the system proxy or connection mode provided by the client, then continue to choose a server. If other proxy tools are running, disconnect them first to avoid conflicting settings.
macOS: Allow Network Configuration and Load Your Subscription
Choose the macOS desktop client in the panel, install it, and open the app. During installation or the first connection, macOS may ask you to approve network configuration or related permissions. Check the app’s source, then grant permissions as instructed by the client. If macOS says the app can’t be opened or doesn’t have permission, return to the panel for the current installation instructions. Don’t disable system security settings just to complete the installation.
In the app’s configuration or subscription management section, find the link import option, paste your subscription, and save it. You can also return to the panel after installing and use its direct import option, but make sure the configuration actually appears in the client. Once it loads, select it, check that the server list is visible, and connect. A working browser connection doesn’t mean every app is using the same network settings; see below for how to verify.
Android: Add a Configuration from Your Subscription
Sign in to the panel to get the Android client, then install it on your device as prompted. If Android asks you to allow your browser or file manager to install apps, first confirm that the file came from the panel’s download option. Once installed, open the client, go to the subscription or configuration page, choose the relevant option such as “Add configuration” or “Import from link,” paste the complete subscription, and confirm.
Once the configuration has loaded, select the VPNSay configuration and check the server list. On the first connection, Android usually displays a system prompt to confirm the VPN connection. Check the app name and allow the connection. If it frequently disconnects when you switch to another app, check your system’s background activity and battery settings for the client, then adjust them as prompted by your device. Confirm that the connection stays up before restoring other network tools; this makes it easier to identify the cause of any issue.
iOS: Install and Import Using the Option Shown in the Panel
Select iOS in the panel’s client downloads section and use the option shown for your current subscription status. The actual iOS download option is available only to users with a purchased plan that hasn’t expired. If the page says you need an active plan, return to the account overview and check your status. Don’t use an installer for another platform or an installation profile from an unverified source.
After installing and opening the client, return to the panel and use its import option. To import manually, find the link import feature in the client’s subscription or configuration settings, paste the subscription, and save it. When you connect for the first time, iOS may ask permission to add a VPN configuration; follow the system prompts. Return to the client and check that the configuration and server list appear before choosing a server. If the browser doesn’t open the app, manual copy and import makes it easier to check each step.
Linux and Existing Clients
Linux users can also get the appropriate client from the panel and follow the current installation instructions. If you already use another client, first check whether the panel offers a compatible import method; don’t guess the configuration format from the file extension alone. You can manage multiple subscriptions in one app, but before connecting, make sure the VPNSay configuration is selected. Otherwise, you may see the new server list while still using an old configuration.
Choose a Server and Verify the Connection
Check both the client status and the results in the apps you use.
Open the server list in the loaded configuration, choose a location supported by the service you want to use, then connect. To test basic connectivity, you can start with a commonly used location and switch to your target location once connected. See global server locations for details about server types and regions. There’s no need to compare every server on your first connection.
After connecting, check that the client shows a connected status and isn’t reporting a permission or configuration error. Then open My IP and check whether your browser’s current exit location matches the expected region. For comparison, check once before connecting and refresh the page afterward. IP geolocation databases can differ, so treat the displayed region as a useful clue rather than the only measure of success.
Next, open the website or app you actually want to use and try loading a page or carrying out a normal task. If the browser works but a particular app doesn’t, first check the client’s connection mode and whether that app uses the system proxy. Don’t immediately assume the subscription has expired. If an existing page keeps showing an error, close and reopen it, or restart the app, to rule out an old connection session.
If the client shows connected but websites still won’t open, check your account status, update the subscription, try another server, and review your system network settings—in that order. Change one thing at a time. You can update the subscription and test another server in the same region to see whether the issue changes. If basic websites work but a specific AI or streaming service denies access, consider its regional rules, account status, and how it determines your exit location. A successful connection doesn’t guarantee access to every platform.
For more on regional requirements for AI tools, differences between web apps and APIs, or troubleshooting dropped long-lived connections, see the complete AI guide. This page covers importing a subscription and verifying a connection; you don’t need to understand protocols or advanced routing first. If the steps above don’t resolve the issue, open a support ticket in the panel with your device’s operating system, the client’s message, the selected region, and a description of the issue. Hide your subscription link and account credentials in screenshots.
