Check the plan name, price, and data rules before continuing to payment. Don't identify a product by the payment amount alone; confirm whether it's a monthly plan or a data pack.
For Alipay or WeChat Pay, follow the steps shown on the current order page. For USDT, carefully check the network, amount, and recipient details on the payment page. Use the payment information for the current order only; don't reuse details from an old order.
After paying, return to the panel to check your order status and subscription details. If payment is complete but the status hasn't updated, keep your payment receipt, confirm you're signed in to the account used for the order, and contact support through a ticket with the order details. Don't create orders or pay again to try to refresh the status.

If you created multiple orders, specify which one needs attention so the payment records can be checked. Follow up in the same ticket and add any requested details there, rather than splitting the information across multiple requests.
For duplicate payments, amount discrepancies, or order status issues, explain what happened and include relevant proof. Don't share your payment password or account password in a ticket.
