VPNSay does not require an email address; you can create an account with a username and password. An email address is optional and is not a condition for opening an account. Keep your username and login credentials secure, and do not send passwords or complete subscription URLs in support tickets.
Account data is used for authentication, subscription delivery, and support requests. Subscription status, data usage, and order records are used to confirm available benefits, verify billing, and process refunds. When you submit a support ticket, this service processes the description and attachments you provide. Please remove personal information that is not relevant to troubleshooting.
No-Logs Policy Scope
VPNSay does not log which websites users access through international routes, retain browsing content or lists of visited domains, or keep connection logs that could be used to reconstruct browsing activity. We do not create account-linked histories of connections or treat account data usage as a record of visits to specific websites.
Temporary operational data needed to establish and forward connections is used only while handling those connections and is not retained as historical connection logs afterward. Data usage and subscription status needed for account billing are service records, not browsing activity logs. If troubleshooting requires client information, users should provide it voluntarily and limit it to what is necessary.
Site Analytics and Local Storage
Site analytics help us understand page visits, referral sources, and button usage to improve content and workflows. Analytics are limited to pages on this website and do not represent browsing activity on international routes. Technical requests may include IP addresses, browser information, and access paths. These data are processed to fulfill requests and perform necessary analytics, not to build cross-site browsing profiles.
Cookies and local storage may be used to maintain login sessions and save language preferences and essential interface settings. Login credentials may be stored locally in your browser for panel authentication. You can clear related storage by logging out and changing your browser settings. After clearing it, you may need to log in again, and saved preferences may return to their defaults. Restricting essential storage may affect panel features.
Payment Processing and Data Sharing
This service supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are handled by the relevant third parties, whose pages, wallets, and payment tools are governed by their own privacy policies. VPNSay uses order amounts, payment status, and transaction records to verify payments and should not ask users for payment account passwords.
Data should be processed only as necessary to deliver subscriptions, provide technical support, verify payments, and meet legal obligations. Retention and deletion of third-party payment records are governed by their policies, and this service cannot delete those records on your behalf. Refunds are subject to the separate Refund Policy: you may request a full refund for any reason within 30 days of your first payment.
Retention and Deletion Requests
Account data is retained for as long as needed to provide account services. Support ticket data is retained until the issue is resolved and any necessary review is complete. Order and refund records are retained as required for billing verification, dispute handling, and applicable laws. No uniform retention period is set without a basis. When the purpose for processing ends and there is no other basis for retention, data should be deleted or de-identified.
To access, correct, or delete account data, log in to the user panel and submit a request through the support ticket portal, specifying the data involved. This service will verify account ownership and explain the outcome. If some records must still be retained, the reason will be provided. Deleting an account may affect subscription use; please confirm this when making your request. Clearing browser storage does not delete your server-side account.
Policy Updates and Questions
If data practices change, this page and the month shown at the top will be updated. Significant changes to purposes or permissions should be announced through the website or panel, and any necessary authorization should be obtained. Updating this page alone is not a substitute for explaining new purposes when further notice is required.
